Parvada Bungalows is a tranquil private boutique resort located not far from the temple town of Mukteshwar. The 3 acre expanse located within VS Fruit Tree Estate has, apart from the bungalows, a still budding orchard laden with apple, plum, peach, apricot, pear and walnut trees. The retreat has postcard views of the rolling hills, and reserve forest on its south, east and north.

Situated in the northern part of the estate and a short walk from the Quinta, the cottages are Independent studio rooms that afford greater privacy especially to young families or couples. Overlooking the northern part of the estate, the two studio rooms can each sleep three adults or two adults and one child. The cottages can accommodate two families travelling together.
